Na pewno cła, a nie opłaty za dostawę?

Tak, cła ... tylko zamawiałem na adres norweski, a nie polski i może stąd to cło.
Pytanie - czy gdybym zamawiał na adres w Polsce, czyli terenie EU, obyło by się bez cła ?

Tym razem nie 2000, ale 1500 pkt. EuroBonus: zarejestrowałem się do EuroBonusa na http://www.flysas.com/pl/pl/ i otrzymałem maila, w którym zachęcano do rozwiązania quizu poprzedzonego filmikami (jest wersja tekstowa). Po udzieleniu poprawnych odpowiedzi pojawił mi się komunikat:

jednak na koncie widać jedynie 1300 pkt.

W tatmtej edycji też bylo 200 pkt mniej zamiast 2000 pkt przyznawali 1800 pkt.

Mi w tamtej promocji naliczyło 2000 punktów.

Zasugerowałem się użytkownikiem siudamac, który tez dostał 1800 pkt (on założył że odpowiedzi wszystkie podał dobre)
Bo ja pewny swoich raczej nie byłem.

Niestety tym razem punktów jest za mało aby je na coś wymienić
W sklepie EuroBonus najtańszy jest voucher do kina (2398 punktów).

Samo się z biegiem czasu nie naprawiło, więc napisałem im wiadomość w formularzu Contact > Report error on website, dorzuciłem printscreena z informacją o przyznaniu mi 1500 pkt i zobaczymy co oni na to.

A gdzie znaleźć informację o kosztach wysyłki do Polski?

Jeszcze tego samego dnia dostałem maila z informacją, że przekazują sprawę do wyjaśnienia do biura EuroBonus, a następnego dnia na koncie było już brakujące 200 pkt. więcej - czyli razem 1500. Czyli prawie perfekcyjna obsługa klienta - brakuje tylko maila "przepraszamy, punkty uzupełniamy, do korzystania z naszych usług zapraszamy".

Zauważyłem, że EuroBonus można komuś podarować. 1000 punktów kosztuje 5 euro (2000 - 10 euro). Czy ktoś próbował je sobie przelać na konto Miles&More? W sumie za 10 euro chętnie bym założył nowe konto i przelał aby zwiększyć swój stan na M&M

Nie ma możliwości transferu punktów z Eurobonus do M&M.

Terms and Conditions.
1.The Campaign is open from 00.01 CET on July 1, 2015 until 23:59 CET on August 31, 2015.
2.The Campaign is organized by SAS [Scandinavian Airlines System Denmark-Norway-Sweden, a consortium formed and existing under the laws of Denmark, Norway and Sweden], having its principle place of business at Frösundaviksallé 1, SE 195 87 Stockholm, Sweden (“SAS”).
3.Participants may enter the Campaign via this website where the Participant needs to fill out an entry form. To be eligible to earn Extra points in the Campaign, the Participant must fill out all required fields of the entry form. The Participant hereby consents to the entries made by the Participant being uploaded to SAS and that the personal details provided by the Participant will be processed by SAS in order to administer the Campaign. The person completing the entry form is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the right to do.
4.Participants must be aged 18 and above at time of participation. Participants must be EuroBonus members.
5.A Participant will earn 500 Extra points when a friend accepts an invitation to join EuroBonus and the friend subsequently takes part in an activity with SAS or one of its partners by August 31, 2015, using his new EuroBonus member id. A Participant can invite up to 12 friends and receive up to 6,000 Extra points.
6.The Extra points earned in the Campaign are not transferable and cannot be sold, changed or exchanged for money.
7.A Participant must meet the eligible requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions in order to qualify for the Extra points, or the Extra points will be forfeited. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
8.The Participant hereby agrees and accepts that by participating in the Campaign the Participant may incur taxes and other levies including but not limited to any income tax etc. The Participant hereby unconditionally accepts to bear any such tax or other levy, and shall be responsible for completing any applicable forms required by a taxing authority.
9.By participating in the Campaign the Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall be final with respect to all issues relating to the Campaign. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that the Participant has complied with all of the conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions. SAS is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries. If, for any reason, the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, caused by e.g. infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of SAS which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, SAS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. SAS reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operating errors at any time.
10.By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release and hold harmless SAS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Extra points awarded herein.
11.SAS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with or otherwise misuse the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or participant. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CAMPAIGN MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
12.SAS (including its Campaign administrators and contractors where appropriate) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Campaign. SAS assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. SAS is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. SAS is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with this campaign.
13.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

Nie chcąc zakładać specjalnego tematu zapytam tutaj - czy w programie EuroBonus da się zabookować bilety-nagrody dla lotów operowanych LOTem? Mam 10000 mil, które niebawem mi przepadną. Chciałem zabookować lot z GDN do WAW na styczeń i nic nie wyskakuje (jedynie CPH) - rozumiem, że tylko pokazują się loty operowane przez SK?
