Validity Period
Norse Atlantic Airways gift card vouchers are valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will no longer be redeemable.
Eligible Purchases
Gift card vouchers can be used exclusively to purchase flights and related services on Norse Atlantic Airways’ official website: www.flynorse.com or through our customer support.
The vouchers cannot be redeemed for purchases at airports, onboard flights, or through third-party platforms.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
Gift card vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, either in full or in part.
The vouchers cannot be resold or used for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
Usage and Redemption
To redeem a gift card voucher, the unique voucher code provided at the time of purchase must currently be redeemed with our customer support agents by initiating a chat with the chatbot on flynorse.com.
Multiple gift card vouchers can be combined for a single transaction, subject to the total balance available.
If the total value of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Norse Atlantic Airways is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card voucher codes. Please ensure the voucher code is kept secure.
Balance Inquiry
Customers can check the remaining balance on their gift card vouchers by logging into their account on www.flynorse.com or by contacting Norse Atlantic Airways’ customer service.
Restrictions
Gift card vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Norse Atlantic Airways reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on www.flynorse.com.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes arising in connection with the gift card vouchers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
