Tak, hajs pobrany, jest minus na koncie. W szczegółach rezerwacji OTA widnieje: "Your booking is guaranteed. Within the next 72 hours you will receive your electronic ticket in the same e-mail that you used to make the purchase." Dziwne, bo korzystałem z nich wcześniej i nie było żadnych problemów (nawet przy odwołaniu lotów dali radę  ). | |

@herki99 Jeśli 72h to możesz poczekać i jak dalej nie będzie tixa to kontakt z obsługą klienta tego OTA. Trudno przyspieszyć, widocznie teraz takie zabawy z klientami. | |

Czy prówał ktoś zmieniać lot w travel2be? Kupiłem bilet na trasie HNL-NAN. Fiji Airways skasowało mi połączenie. Od ponad miesiąca próbuję je zamienić. Klikam w systemi, każą czekać na kontakt. Na infolinii również każą czekać na kotakt. Czy jest jakaś inna forma kontaktu? | |

Otravo, który jest właścicielem marek Travelgenio, Travel2be.com a także Tripmonster.com, , Vliegtickets.nl, Vliegtickets.be, Flygstolen.se, Greitai.lt, Bookinghouse.ee, Flysiesta.lv ogłosił zawieszenie świadczenia usług. Informacja i szczegóły na stronie otravo.com | |

Dziś dostałem takiego maile od Travelgenio: Dear client, On Thursday 15th of December 2022, Otravo was unfortunately forced to stop selling tickets. Subsequently, Otravo was declared bankrupt on Wednesday 21st of December 2022. Due to the bankruptcy, our customer service is unfortunately no longer available. Please note the information below that may be of interest to you. Have you already received a ticket from us: Please contact the airline to confirm the status of your flight. Check with the airline that your contact details are known to them so that they can properly contact you. Do you wish to change your booking? Please contact the airline directly.
