zakupiłem bilety w Tiger Air na loty po Australii poprzez ich oficjalna stronę. Otrzymałem potwierdzenie rezerwacji , ale nie otrzymałem e-maila z biletami. Reklamowałem poprzez stronę tigera i znów cisza. jaki jest najlepszy sposób na interwencję u nich? Czy ktoś miał takie doświadczenia?

Ale co rozumiesz przez maila z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji? Jest tam załączony PDF z numerem rezerwacji?
Ja dostałem tylko jednego maila o takiej treści, z załączonym PDFem "your flight confirmation":

Jesli masz potwierdzenie rezerwacji z nadanym numerem, to jedyne czego ci trzeba na lotnisku to tylko paszport. Nic więcej nie potrzebne, lecialem na przełomie października i listopada dwa razy z różnych lotnisk i zawsze było tak samo
Ps. Nie dostałem żadnego maila od tigerair.

dzięki , też nabrałem przekonania że to co mam to wystarczy.
