Bardzo dobrze się tam czuliśmy, a gdy przy powrocie potrzebowaliśmy przechować bagaż przed odlotem, zrobiliśmy to tam bez problemu.

1. We answer only short questions via what's app or phone call, but

2. Arriving before 10 am to the hostel,need to book for a day before!

4. Comming to the hostel after 10 am to put the lagauage is fine.
5. If you for example arrive 12 January at 5:00 am you need to book
for 11 January too,otherwise we will sell the bed.
6. We definitely will answer your email in maximum 3days! For
emergency cases use what's app or make a phone call! What's app has
delay here sometimes!
7. About arrival visa you can not use our name and hostel name for the border!
Iran opened up the country for most of the country's, and all the
officer's at the airport are always polite an friendly to the
travelers !
The best way is to use your second city reservations if you are worry
about it, or just explain that you don't have any reservations yet.
After a year experience we know it's easy and we are sure they are
friendly. We never had anyone rejected at the border! So please don't
ask about it and trust to this letter!

We have TripAdvisor logo and big red 12 at the wall,Hostel looks very
old and a bit scary from outside and we have no sign outside as a
Hostel!
9. Price in Dormitory : 500,000 Rls ~ (12 €)
(Today 12.20 cent depends on curency exchange rate which is different
day to day!)

rials) it has only 2 separate beds! Sorry for that in advance!
Staying 1 night has 8€ extra,
If you already have been in our Hostel you don't pay any extra if you
stay 1 night.
Pickup service from the airport cost 25 €, official rate is 20 euro for taxi!
10. Exchange rate for 1 Euro is about 39,500 ~40,000 Rials!
Official bank rate is always very low and you never can find the real
rate on the Internet!
Also you can check in and pay later,we prefer rials but Euro is fine too!
11. Breackfast need your help,check the fridge, eggs, butter, huny,
chess, suger, oil, tea is for the hostel!
Feel free to use it as much as you like!
12. If it's your last day,and you already checked out and you are
waiting for your taxi,feel free to use the common area's and ofcourse
you can have always tea!
13. We add some comition for pickup servise and taxis to the airport
or to find a car for the big distance or for the groups but not for
the internal distance!
14. We can't be a friend if you bring any locals to the hostel
neighborhood ! We hate locals!
Metro stations are easy to make an appointment with locals friends!
15. If you have pickup service, driver will be at the airport after 1
oher of your arrival time to the airport local time and he keep your
name on his hand,please stay close to the simcard shop which is also
close to the gate, he can be inside close to the simcard shop or
outside on front of the gate, in any case or problem you can go to the
information desk and tell them to call us! Also simcard is half price
in the city!
16. Smoking Grass or any kind of drugs at the hostel or in the
naibourhood is totally forbidden!!!
17. Hostel is open 24/7 just let us know your approximately arrival
time and date to us!
18. As there is no public transportation at the airport, you may need
to take a taxi at the airport , specially at night time.
In the morning you can take taxi probably to the last metro station in
South of Tehran which names HARAME MOTAHHAR and from there following
metro map and comming to Sabalan metro station which can be also with
the same price as taxis from the airport!
19. Remember to print the map in Google of this area which is in our
page, in the gallery, also have a look to the picture of building
which can be helpful. (WE DON'T HAVE ANY SIGN ABOUT HOSTEL AT THE WALL
)
20. If you have a taxi by your own,please make a clear deal with
drivers ,and make sure about the payment,otherwise we can't come into
driver's business .
Also never shoot the money to them onfront of us! Ofcourse you can do
it when you are not with us and if you will resolve the problem by
yourself!
21. There is no hitchhiking in the city in iran,most of the cars wants
to take you is 90 % for money!
22. We strongly ask you to not to give our contact number and address
to your LOCALS friend's.
We absolutely don't want their phone call or meeting them!! Even
couch surfer's or any nice and perfect people!
23. Also it can be strange if you tell people you are looking for the
hostel Tehran, they definitely think you mean hotel,and ofcourse you
never find a hotel in this tipe of traditional areas and the city is
huge !!!
