Hi everyone, sorry if I write in English, I hope it's not a problem for you. I booked a flight with Iberojet from 3 to 17 December via Gotogate from Madrid to Cancun. Going to the airline's website I saw that the flight had been moved from 8 to 18 December without anyone having notified me. In this case, is it possible to request a full refund? | |

Ask an agent in the chat on the gotogate website.whether this change qualifies for a full refund. | |

yes thanks, i just ask and i wait a reply from gotogate. But in this case usually if company fly change schedule of 5 days they must to refund full or not? What does the law say? | |
