Witam zarezerwowalem hotel w Medio w dniach 23-25 za 80 EUR dla dwóch osób i chce teraz zrezygnować? jak to zrobic? ktos może chetny? Drugie pytanie: Czy istnieje możliwość odsprzedazy biletów z Ryana ? 23-25 Bergamo, ktoś chetny? Prosze o odpowiedzi  | |

Please be informed that all bookings need to be cancelled in your user account within the valid cancellation timeframe in order to avoid penalties. After the cancellation deadline has expired, it is necessary to contact the property directly, since in this case only the property itself can decide whether or not to cancel a booking free of charge. To cancel a booking, please select 'Your reservations' on the Venere.com homepage and enter your registered email address and password. From here, you can view the list of the reservations made. Click on the link 'Cancel this reservation' next to the reservation number and then click on YES. Your booking will then be cancelled in our system and there is no need for any further contact with the hotel on your part. To check that you have cancelled your booking correctly, you can click on 'Your reservations' on our homepage, and you will see that the status of your reservation is 'CANCELLED'. Venere.com does not accept cancellation requests sent via email to our Customer Service Department, even if the request is sent before the cancellation policy expires. All cancellations need to be made following the above instructions. Should the cancellation not be made accordingly, Venere.com is not to be held responsable for eventual penalties charged to your credit card by the property. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". jesli zaznaczone miałeś to co wytłuszczone to jedynie ktoś może odkupić od Ciebie a Ty zmienisz nazwisko na rezerwacji. drugie pytanie: odpowiem że zmiana nazwiska jest możliwa ale się nie opłaca bo 110E/funtów za odcinek lotu więc bardziej opłaca sie kupić nowy bilet. | |

wziałem pokój z mozliwościa rezygnacji ale nie mam konta na venere załozonego i to pojawia sie problem ;/ | |

kliknij na "yours reservations" i tam może sie uda użyć przypomnienia hasła a dalej cancel

kurcze własnie klikam ale nic mi nie przysyla a nie pamietam abym tworzył konto na tym portalu. | |

sprawdz spamy itd ewentualnie jak to nic nie da to zadzwon do nich na infolinie i beda musieli Ci pomóc. | |
