Kwestie obsługi. Wiarygodność i ogólnie customer service. Promocje są ok ale hilton ma lepsze. Natomiast cała reszta: kłamie, ma problemy techniczne, nie odpowiada na czas, nie respektuje własnych t&C itp itd... | |

A jednak tym razem powinno być inaczej Przyszedł właśnie mail z e-statement gdzie jest info o tym, że jestem do tej oferty zapisany. Zatem "podkładka" jak najbardziej jest.

Nie wiem czy u wszystkich, ale u mnie od kilkunastu dni jest nowy UI strony RR. Calosc wyglada znacznie lepiej i jest szybsza/lzejsza i sprawniejsza niz u konkurencji HH i MB. Ale ciekawostka jest to, ze ze zginely WSZYSTKIE rezerwacje, zarowno na przyszlosc, jak i pobyty z przeszlosci. Za to mam jakies dziwne 2 cancelled....hmmmm.... Cale szczescie, ze rezerwacje nie wylecialy w powietrze, mozna sie do nich dostac poprzez "Missin reserbation" ale trzeba z maila zapodac jej numer. W apce mobilnej wszystko jest po staremu i rezerwacje tez sa widoczne. PS. @Tulio - jak na razie punkty za zapisanie sie do promocji 10K nie wpadly - wyglada na to ze 100% targetowana i jak nie bylo maila z zaproszeniem, to pomimo zapisania sie nic nie daja. Za to wpadaja 3K/pobyt za inna promocje, ktora jest obecnie aktywna. Lepszy rydz, niz nic...

We wrześniu zrobiłem rezerwację , otrzymałem numer potwierdzenia , pobyt bez zwrotny , pieniądze z karty pobrane . Dzisiaj się loguję a moja rezerwacja zniknęła . po wpisaniu numeru rezerwacji nic nie wyszukuje . Czy ktoś pomoże gdzie napisać w tej sprawie ? | |

@karder Ale ja posiadam numer rezerwacji składający się z 7 liter i cyfr . po wpisaniu go na moim koncie oraz podaniu imienia i nazwiska kółeczko chwilę się kręci i dalej nic się nie dzieje | |

Rezerwacja na 99% jest i ma się dobrze, możesz to ewentualnie próbować weryfikować bezpośrednio z hotelem. Problem znikających rezerwacji pojawił się wraz ze zmianą interface'u WWW a od kilku dni wraz ze zmianą aplikacji mobilnej. W starej aplikacji, która jest jeszcze dostępna, rezerwacje wyglądają - w większości - poprawnie. Kontaktowaliśmy się w tej sprawie z Radissonem już od jakiegoś czasu - według nich, to znany problem, nad którym pracuje dział IT. Rozwiązanie może zająć WIELE TYGODNI, oczywiście żadnego konkretnego terminu nie są w stanie podać. | |
