Pod tym linkiem wszystko znajdziesz. Również informacja o śniadaniu / że w Azji przysługuje w każdy dzień a w Middle East ma znaczenie czy pobyt jest w środku tygodnia czy w weekend.

No właśnie nie znajdziesz, bo nie ma tam definicji regionu, ani hoteli w danym regionie. Nie ma tej informacji nawet w regulaminie: https://all.accor.com/a/en/loyalty-prog ... tions.html

Mówię serio - napisz do hoteli, które mają lounge.
Często jest tak, że dla gości ze statusem śniadanie jest serwowane w saloniku, zatem z automatu ci przysługuje.

Przykładowo w Bangkoku Pullman dawał śniadania na normalnej sali śniadaniowej albo właśnie w lounge'u.

Chyba, że planujesz hotele bez lounge'ów, to wtedy nie ma tematu.
Znając jednak przepych Dubaju - myślę, że platyna otworzy sporo.

Niemniej przyznaję, że zasady Accora w tej kwestii są strasznie słabe. Mam VIP-a w Radissonie i serio - śniadanie, upgrade, niższa cena. To jest to, co mi bardziej pasuje. Gdyby jeszcze dostępność hoteli w Polsce była większa :)

Poniżej screen ze strony którą podawałem.
Też mam platynę i w Azji ze śniadaniami jest full wypas, zawsze i wszędzie. Po powrocie z Azji (do innych rejonów świata) można się zdziwić np. właśnie śniadania za darmo tylko w weekendy dla Diamond (zgodnie z T&C - wyraźnie napisane ze wszędzie na świecie poza Azją tylko diamond ma śniadania gratis i tylko w weekendy).
Co więcej ostatnio miałem niemiłą niespodziankę w Abu Dhabi, bo myślałem, że w Fairmont'cie z platyną będzie godnie (szama w saloniku itp), ale niestety przyszło wyrównanie do standardu, bo u nich do Gold Lounge ma wstęp tylko Diamencik i zostałbym bez saloniku. Platyna w Fairmont'cie w Abu Dhabi daje m/w tyle co silver w Azji :(((

I jeszcze jedna dla mnie bardzo istotna sprawa.
W Azji rezerwuje pokój dla 1 os., a czy pojawiam się sam, czy z żoną i dzieciakami to nie ma dla nich różnicy. Śniadanie dla wszystkich, bo albo w saloniku razem, albo na śniadaniu przymykają oko i też jemy razem za frytkę. W Europie czy na Bliskim Wschodzie to już często w takim przypadku kasują dzieci extra za śniadanie, extra za dodatkowe łóżko w pokoju, extra za więcej niż 2 osoby w saloniku itp.
Azja pod względem Accora jest piękna (w szczególności z Accor Plus).
W reszcie świata niestety nie jest już tak cudownie.
Korzystajmy zatem :)

Dubai - hotel ze śniadaniami i salonikiem to był Swissôtel, który już nie istnieje obok hotelu Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair
Abu Dhabi - Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche.
To odnośnie wcześniejszego posta- hotel ze śniadaniem dla statusu platinum + salonik.

Napisałem do tego hotelu, ale coś niekumaci/słabo responsywni.

Planuje Movenpicka z loungem, ale dowiedziec się czegoś tam ze źródeł ogólnodostępnych to się średnio da ;)

W Radissonie mam tylko Comfort ze status matchu Accorowego, a tu za duzo tych perków to nie ma.

Wiem co tam jest napisane ;) Ale Bliski Wschód to też Azja - w sensie geograficznym. A nigdzie w tych ich T&C nie ma opisanych dokladnie tych regionów.

Korzystałem z platynki właśnie w Azji w tym roku i Chiny + HKG to full wypas był. W Europie to wiadomo, że bieda raczej.

50% zniżki na jedzenie w hotelach było rewelacyjne.

z 10% zniżki na noclegi zrobiło się już tylko 5, z jedzeniem to już w ogóle popłynęli. Accor w azji w tym momencie traci jakikolwiek sens.

Podusmowując zmiany (mam nadzieję, że będzie czytelne), nie umiem ocenić czy mamy do czynienia z pogorszeniem sie wrunków czy nie i chyba sporo zależy po prostu od indywidualnych preferencji.

Niezadowoleni mogą zgłosić się po refund, najpóźniej 3 wrzesnia, który będzie proporcjonalny do miesięcy, kóre upłynęły. co ważne, nie ma znaczenia, czy skorzystaliście już z benefitów, z bezpłatnym noclegiem włącznie. Początkowo chciałem zrobić taki myk, że zarezerwuję bezpłatnego Pullmana 5* w KL za tydzień, bo i tak potrzebuję i jest objęty Stay Plusem (choć szkoda tracić ten benefit na relatwynie tanią Malezję, jeśli chodzi o hotele) a nastepnie zgłaszam się po refund. Potem przyszła jednak refleksja, że niedługo będę potrzebować noclegi poza Azją i Pacyfikiem, więc 15% zniżki od oferty prezentowanej publicznie dla hoteli na całym świecie, które dorzucili do listy zmian przeważyło i postanowiłem zostać w programie. A zatem, jak na wstepie, ocena zmian z Plus na Explorer wymaga indywidualnego rozpatrzenia, czy warto.

Dobre podsumowanie.
Co do ew. upgrade w związku z 15% off hotel stays worldwide -> tutaj chyba jest tak, że teraz zniżka się liczy od ceny bazowej/bez promo (promocje się nie kumulują), a wcześniej się kumulowały, co niestety jest mocno na minus i finalnie w moim przypadku wyjdzie zdecydowanie downgrade, a nie upgrade przy tej zmianie. Ale tak jak napisałeś - wszystko trzeba rozpatrywać indywidualnie. Dużo wyjdzie w praniu od października.

Ja bym dodał do tych analiz to, że subskrypcja to też istotny przyspieszacz statusu P, który dość konkretne benefity gwarantowane i miękkie daje szczególnie właśnie w Azji. Co do mniejszej zniżki na jedzenie - ma IMO to negatywne znaczenie dla osób stołujących się w hotelach - akurat w Azji to zwykle nie jest najlepsza formuła na jedzenie, no chyba że ktoś siedzi w jakimś odosobnionym resorcie albo hotelu lotniskowym i nie ma za bardzo innych opcji.

Fast track potwierdzony jest w aplikacji.


Też zakwalifikowałem się, ale po odbyciu noclegu w stawce korporacyjnej uzyskałem informację, że nie kwalifikuje się do oferty bonusowej, ponieważ rezerwacja musi zostać założona w kwalifikującej się wynegocjowanej przez firmę stawce. Tylko firmy z odpowiednimi przypisanymi stawkami, które zostały wynegocjowane kwalifikują się do tej oferty.

Podczas zakładania rezerwacji pomyliłem miesiąc. miał być listopad wpadł sierpień.
Nie mam pojęcia jak to się stało.
Napisałem natychmiast do hotelu ale bez odzewu.
Jest jakaś opcja typu odwołanie do 24 godzin albo coś podobnego?
rezerwacja oczywiście bezzwrotna i do tego opłacona punktami.

Zdarzyło mi się kilka razy, że musiałam przełożyć bezzwrotne rezerwacje w Accor i w każdym przypadku hotel przychylał się do prośby. Gdybyś chciał odwołać zupełnie to szanse byłyby nikłe, ale z przełożeniem raczej nie powinno być problemu.
